The North Country Housing Council, Inc. is seeking qualified rehabilitation/remodeling contractors to add to our certified contractor list. Eligible contractors will have the opportunity to submit bids on residential rehabilitation (1-4 family homes) projects funded through the federal HOME Investment Partnership Program and Community Development Block Grant Program.

Contractors must be able to demonstrate their capacity to undertake complex rehabilitation projects and those who have employees that are EPA certified for lead-based paint safe work practices (requirement for working with state and federal funds) are encouraged to apply.

Woman and Minority Owned Business Enterprises, disadvantaged business enterprises and business owned by honorably discharged veterans, are also encouraged to apply for certification.
